You must be on Pygmy Island:

There are 4 tasks to complete this level on Pocket God:

1. Flick Pygmy into volcano
2. Make volcano overflow with lava (keep flicking the pygmies into the volcano!)
3. Make volcano erupt (keep flicking)
4. Burn Pygmy with lava (this just happens when the volcano erupts so make sure to have pygmies around)

Hint:

1. Once in the mouth
2. Two before the spew.
3. Three time’s a charm.
4. You’re on fire now!
